Before you start, choose the role you want to play: manage your employees, manage their time, process payroll, or analyze the information available on them.
Department heads or HR managers use PayTime’s roster tool for employee shift scheduling. The roster time-sheet combines shift assignment, holidays, off days and leave registration.If no roster time-sheet is required, a default time-sheet can be selected.
Employees check in/out by proximity card or fingerprint reader. The time records are directly and in real time collected from these time attendance terminals into the PayTime system. It enables to be informed and monitor at any time regarding presence of staff in your facility/office.
Time records of the time attendance terminals are analyzed against entered shifts leading to payable hours. Before transferring the final time-sheet to the Payroll module, time data must be validated regularly and officially approved. The data validation is supported by automatic error reports and efficient correction tools.
The payroll administrator logs into PayTime and assigns the allowances & deductions and then runs the payroll for a selected group of employees.
After you have generated the payroll you can lock the payroll, which disables any further changes from being made.The pay slips will be distributed in hard copy to each employee or automatically by email directly from the system.
The final step is to generate the government reports that you need to submit to different agencies.All statutory reports required by Indonesian Law are inbuilt and are constantly kept up to date.
